European giant Barcelona are interested in signing Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud, According to reports in Spain.
FC Barcelona are seeking to replace Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez, who is out for four months after a knee injury, and Spanish media outlet Sport claim Giroud is on the shortlist of replacements.
Barcelona’s huge wage bill won’t allow a mega signing and the Spanish club want Giroud on loan with an option to buy.
According to The Sun, Giroud earns £110,000 a week at Chelsea.
Inter Milan and Aston Villa are also interested in the French striker.
