Marquinhos and Giorgio Chiellin perfect signings for Chelsea?

If Chelsea can buy players during the transfer window, then they should makes moves for Marquinhos and a player like Giorgio Chiellini.
Chelsea are reportedly making contact with players’ agents as they plan for a busy January transfer window in the hope that their current ban is lifted, as the the Blues expect the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to cut short their transfer ban, which was imposed by FIFA in February.

It will mean that Lampard will be able to delve into the clubs transfer kitty and add a few players to the squad that will add some experience, and quality in the right areas of the pitch.

And one man that could be signed by Chelsea is that of Marwuinhos.

Marquinhos was tipped to become one of the best centre-backs in the world from a very young age and Paris Saint-Germain didn’t hesitate to splash €31 million on a teenager back in 2013.

Since then he has managed to win 18 trophies with PSG and has become one of the most prominent figures at the club, despite his young years.

The Brazilian centre-back has got immense quality on the ball and although The Brazilian is not as tall as some of the other centre-backs in the world, he still manages to win 2 aerial duels per game across all competitions for PSG.

Now we all know that Chelsea have some of the best talents in the game, and the future looks bright. But what they don’t have is leaders, winners and players that are regarded as some of the best in the game right now, players like Chiellini.

At 34, he is coming towards the back end of his top-level playing career, but he is still a massive player for Juventus and is still one of the best central defenders in the game right now, and he has proven over the seasons that he is getting better with age.

He is one of those players who you would say enjoys defending, and dealing with opposition strikers, he is a no-nonsense defender that would fit perfectly into the set-up at Chelsea, the kind of player that the Blues need at the back

If Chelsea can sign players in January, then they need to acquire players of this calibre to catch Manchester City and Liverpool for that Premier League title.
