According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, Atalanta will take up their option to buy Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic at the end of the season.
Pasalic joined Atalanta on loan in the summer for the second consecutive season after signing a new deal with Chelsea until 2022.
Atalanta are now expected to take up their option to sign Pasalic for €15 million at the end of the season.
Pasalic has scored 12 goals in 60 appearances for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side, providing nine assists.
The Croatian midfielder joined Chelsea from Hadjuk Split in 2014 for £3 million but is yet to make a competitive appearance for Chelsea.
