Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen on signing Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
The 19 year old winger has impressed this season after registering 12 goals and 13 assists in 24 appearances for the Bundesliga giants.
Despite Lampard’s desire to sign Sancho in January, the winger will only be allowed to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
According to Metro via Caught Offside, Sancho could turn down a move to Chelsea in the summer if Frank Lampard’s Chelsea fail to achieve Champions League qualification.
The report claims Liverpool now hold a major advantage in the race to sign Sancho as they are very likely to finish in the top four.
The report also claims Liverpool appeal more to Sancho due to their dominance in English football at the moment.
