“Bring him home” “He will Add creativity to our attack” – Chelsea fans calls for board to secure 25-year-old signing as soon as possible

This summer’s transfer market has seen Chelsea get things started early.

Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Guiu, and Estevao Willian are just a few of the players Chelsea has previously signed. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is now expected to sign a contract with the Blues.

Given that they only participated in Championship football last season, Dewsbury-Hall doesn’t exactly have a great reputation.

The 25-year-old’s signing is a smart move, though, as noted by well-known Chelsea supporter Vince on X.

Vince outlined various justifications for Chelsea’s decision to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

“Obviously, Dewsbury-Hall is not a priority but for that fee, it’s not a bad deal,” Vince tweeted.

“I have said multiple times that the only high 8 we have the squad is Chukwuemeka, who is rarely fit. Gallagher hasn’t signed extention and will likely be sold. Palmer could be back to the right wing. If so, then Dewsbury-Hall makes absolute sense in many ways.

“He covers Gallagher’s work rate.

“Adds creativity to the attack.

“Good carrying and dribbling which are vital in transition.

“Premier League experience.

“Knows the manager.

“Durable and so on.

“That fee is outstanding. If we sell Gallagher for 50m or 45m, it’s still a good piece of business, because one thing is for sure, Dewsbury-Hall has better tools for positional football and they are both English and the same age.”
