As the Telegraph report, both Kepa Arrizabalaga and Mateo Kovacic are closing in on moves to Chelsea.

Arrizabalaga and Kovacic are on the verge of becoming Chelsea players, and you’d expect that the both of them will have considerable roles to play under Maurizio Sarri.
Kovacic would be the final piece to our new-look midfield. He could slot in next to Jorginho and N’Golo Kante, competing for game-time with Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Arrizabalaga will be a direct replacement for Thibaut Courtois between the sticks. There was never any chance of us heading into the season with Willy Caballero as number one.
