Chelsea announce deal for Jamaican International as French International drops massive hint 25-year-old ‘HAS COMPLETED’ move to Chelsea
It was announced today that Omari Hutchinson had left Chelsea and moved permanently to Ipswich Town.
“The 20-year-old spent last season on loan with Town and helped the club secure promotion to the Premier League,” Chelsea wrote on the team website.
Throughout the season, he made 50 appearances across all competitions, finishing with 11 goals and 4 assists. Hutchinson returned to the Blues from Arsenal in the summer of 2022 after prior stints in our Academy.
Throughout his debut campaign, the youthful winger was a constant fixture for our Under-21 team, and his progress was acknowledged with two caps for Jamaica.
‘Hutchinson also made his Chelsea debut in a Premier League fixture against Manchester City in January 2022 at Stamford Bridge. He then faced the same opposition three days later in the FA Cup at the Etihad Stadium.
‘The young winger joined Ipswich last season to gain further first-team experience and enjoyed a stellar campaign in which he was named Championship Player of the Month for February and ended the season with Ipswich’s Young Player of the Year award.
‘We wish Omari well as he begins a new chapter in his career and thank him for all his efforts while with the Blues.’

But the board are expected to keep on spending over the next few months – and have been linked with a move for alot of players over the past few months – but they have been linked with a move for Drewsbury Hall over the past few days.
Now it seems that he is keen on a move to the Blues after the 25-year-old informed Leicester of his decision to to leave the King Power Stadium on Friday morning and is now keen on a move to the Blues, with personal terms not expected to be an issue.
Now, Fofana, who played with Dewsbury-Hall 14 times during his time at Leicester, has dropped a big hint on social media that Chelsea have completed the deal. Posting on his Instagram story, Fofana put three ‘eyes’ emojis, alongside a blue love heart.
Then, underneath, he put the number 22 – the shirt number Dewsbury-Hall wears at Leicester – alongside a fox emoji
Dewsbury-Hall is set to become the latest player to swap the King Power Stadium for Stamford Bridge, as the likes of N’Golo Kante, Danny Drinkwater, Ben Chilwell and Fofana are just some of the names that have made the move to Stamford Bridge.
