Chelsea expected to complete signing of Belgian star before transfer window ends
According to the most recent claims that have surfaced in the media over the past few days, CHELSEA is anticipated to recruit Mike Penders from Genk before the end of the transfer season.

The young Belgian only made his Genk debut toward the close of the last campaign, but he has already made such an impression that Chelsea is willing to spend a significant sum of money to complete a deal and then extend an offer to sign the player for a huge contract.
Penders is expected to sign a contract until 2032, but he will stay with his current club Genk on loan this season It means the teenager will officially join up with the Blues squad next summer.
We have already signed Filip Jorgensen to compete with Robert Sanchez and Djordje Petrovic this campaign, and according to the Athletic, the stopper will join for a fee worth up to £17m on a long-term deal. However, he will spend the coming season at Genk, before heading to Stamford Bridge next June.
