Hakim Ziyech will become a Chelsea player in the summer.
However, The Blues and his current club Ajax have announced that an agreement of £33 million, potentially rising to £36 million has been agreed between the two clubs for the Moroccan international to make the move to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
“Chelsea Football Club has reached an agreement with Ajax to sign Hakim Ziyech this summer,” read a statement on Chelsea’s official website.
“The move is subject to the player agreeing personal terms and he will remain at the Dutch club for the rest of this season.”
Ziyech has spent four seasons at the Dutch club, where he has made 160 appearances, scoring 48 goals and providing 82 assists.
In reply to the comments, Blues fans had a clear message for the Ajax goalkeeper on a potential summer transfer.
