Chelsea ‘have put offer forward’ to sign World Class big man
Mike Maignan, the goalkeeper for AC Milan, is already the subject of a bid from Chelsea.
Last summer, we made some significant additions to the team in the hopes of helping it contend for a Champions League berth and perhaps add some hardware to the trophy room.
Robert Sanchez was one new player that the team brought in; he was unwanted at Brighton and was scooped up by the team immediately away because they needed a stopper.
Although he has contributed greatly to that team this season, he is not seen to be good enough to play for one of the major Premier League teams and has had a difficult time making an impression.
That has led to alot of speculation in the media that we will once again delve into that transfer kitty and add a new goalkeeper to the side, and Maignon is a man that has been linked with a move to London for a while.
Maignon has made 42 appearances for Milan this season and has kept 15 clean sheets and has firmly established himself as one of the best goalkeepers on Seria A and maybe even Europe.
And it has been claimed that we are dreaming of signing Mike Maignon in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes and have already put through an offer to bring him to the Premier League.
However – it will be very hard for the club to get a transfer deal done as Milan have no intention of letting the big man leave at the end of the season.
