Chelsea OFFICIALLY announce next Ballon d’Or ‘IS JOINING’ Chelsea as £60M star to be next big signing

The agreement to recruit Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian has been finalized by Chelsea.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano claims that Chelsea has finalized the signing of Estevao Willian, a winger for Palmeiras.

The teams have finalized a contract for €34 million, plus a further €27 million in bonuses, by signing all the necessary paperwork.

It’s interesting to note that the contract has a Ballon d’Or clause that will kick in if Estevao wins the award while playing for Chelsea. This indicates how highly Palmeiras regard Willian.

The 17-year-old will commit to Chelsea through 2033 in his deal. When he turns 18 in 2025, he will sign with the Blues.

£60M star to be next big signing

Chelsea have reignited their interest in Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic as boss Enzo Maresca is keen for the club to sign an elite striker in the summer window.

There is a feeling that CHELSEA are missing that 25-goal a season forward to get back in the hunt for that Premier League title and playing Champions League football on a yearly basis.

That has led to constant rumours in the media linking the Blues with a move for Vlahovic – who only moved to Juventus two summers ago – but has constantly been linked with a move away as he struggled to score the goals they wanted him too.

Reports have claimed that the that the 44-year-old will prioritise signing a new striker as he looks to improve key areas of the squad that is lacking in real quality, and a forward is something that he has asked the board for.

The Blues have been watching Vlahovic during the current campaign and still appears to be on their radar ahead of a potential transfer.

Vlahovic, still only 24 years of age, already has plenty of senior experience under his belt for club and country and is currently valued at €60m by Transfermarkt.

However – despite all the speculation in the media linking him with a move to the Premier League, the Serbian doesn’t seem to want to move on from Juve anytime soon and he has even hinted at signing a new deal at the club.

He recently told Gazzetta: “I’m very happy to be at Juventus.

“I still have two and a half years left on my contract here at Juve.

“We’re in no rush but director Giuntoli and my agent are already talking”.
