West London side, Chelsea are willing to pay as much as £50m for one of their targets in the striking departments.
Reputable media channel Sky Sports claim the Blues are prepared to pay £50m to secure the transfer of England striker Callum Wilson from fellow Premier League side Bournemouth.
Wilson, 26, has been strongly linked with a transfer to Chelsea in the past few weeks and it looks like the Blues want to back up their interest in the player with a big bid.
The Three lions star has established himself as one of the best strikers in the Premier League this season with his form for Bournemouth since the start of the season.
He has scored nine goals and also provided five assists in 20 league games for the Cherries in this Premier League season.
It was further revealed that Bournemouth will only let Callum Wilson leave the South Coast club on one condition and that’s if they receive a transfer fee of at least £75m for him.
His good form led to him being called up to the England squad in November by Three Lions manager Gareth Southgate.
Callum Wilson made his debut against the United States of America and also scored to help England to a 3-0 win.
