Chelsea transfer target Gabriel Barbosa will fly to Milan this week to hold crunch talks with Inter Milan over his future, According to The Sun via Metro.
The 23 year old Brazilian is returning from a loan spell at Brazilian club Flamengo, where he scored 25 goals and provided 8 assists in 29 league games.
He also scored seven times in six appearances to help his side win a second Copa Libertadores title. Barbosa struggled to find his best form at Inter Milan but he impressed while on loan at Flamengo.
The report claims Barbosa will fly back to Italy to thrash out his exit terms with Inter Milan as he hopes to find a new home this month. Barbosa has previously admitted he would love to play in the Premier League.
“I like the Premier League very much. It combines technique, strength and speed. I always follow the games from Brazil,” Barbosa said.
‘It really is a place I would like to play. It’s one of the best leagues in the world.
“Every player dreams of being a champion and winning the Premier League must be indescribable.”
