The blues have turn transfer to Italian club Inter Milan to inquire about the availability of Brazilian goal machine Gabriel Barbosa, also known as Gabigol, according to Globo.
However, Inter Milan are believed to be open to letting the Brazilian leave after he struggled in his only season in the Serie A, scoring just once in 10 appearances.
Gabigol joined Flamengo on loan from Inter Milan and has flourished at the Brazilian club.
Gabigol helped Flamengo win the Copa Libertadores in 2019 and reached the Club’s World Cup final in 2019. Since joining Flamengo on loan, he has scored 43 goals in 59 appearances.
More so, In a message posted on Twitter , Barbosa said: “Thank you for your love.” this means he’s ready for a move to any club this January.
Premier League club West Ham have also reportedly enquired about signing Gabigol.
