Class act! As Kai Havertz thanks 4 people following Champions league victory

Chelsea have now won the Champions League for the second time in the club’s history, as the Blues defeated Manchester City to end the 2020-21 season as champions of Europe.

Chelsea defied the odds to beat Manchester City in the final of the Champions League, and it was a massive win for the Blues.

A first half goal from Kai Havertz just before half time was enough for Chelsea to win the game, as the Blues fought for their lives in the second half.

A very solid Chelsea defence ensured that there was no room for worries as Chelsea defeated Pep Guardiola’s side for the third time in a row.

Havertz was very delighted with the win as he thanked his family, his parents, his grandmother and his girlfriend.

Shortly after the final whistle, Chelsea goalscorer Kai Havertz said: “I don’t know what to say. I really don’t know what to say. I waited a long time.

“Now I want to thank my family, my parents, my grandmother and my girlfriend. I don’t know what to say. I’ve waited 15 years for this moment and now it’s here.”

What a beautiful way to end the season for Havertz, after a very difficult season where he got covid and was the subject of massive criticisms following his £70m move from the Bundesliga.
