The US international has reportedly agreed to Chelsea conditions.
Borussia will accept a ‘right’ offer from the Blues; understood to be £45m.
No mention of Hudson-Odoi possibly going in the opposite direction.
It looks like the saga with Christian Pulisic, 20, is drawing to close after the US international has agreed to join Chelsea next summer, report BILD. The price is yet to be agreed and, as source points out, BVB will green-light the deal if the money is right. Major British sources have started posting the story, either.
The ‘right’ money is understood to be £45m for the player who has a contract expiring in the summer of 2020 with no desire to renew. Pulisic was seemingly meant to leave Dortmund with his game time decreased this season. The right winger has only played 11 Bundesliga games this season scoring once and making two assists.
The German club’s officials have admitted it would be an uphill battle to keep hold of the highly-rated attacker. There were talks that in return, Borussia would love to have Callum Hudson-Odoi. However, the report makes no mention of the possibility taking place.
It was understood Liverpool and Arsenal were also in the race but Pulisic, despite being a Man United fan and having previously worked with Jurgen Klopp, has chosen Maurizio Sarri’s project.
