“Don’t be stubborn & bench him” “He’s exhausted” – Mikel Obi tells Enzo Maresca to rest Chelsea star after what he did in Leicester City clash
Following Chelsea first half draw against Leicester City former Chelsea player Mikel Obi has warned Enzo Maresca to bench Cole Palmer as he misses a penalty for the first time at Chelsea.
However, Cole Palmer got the chance to end his goal drought but the England International miss the penalty to put Chelsea in front.
Mikel Obi said: “As you can see he’s yet to score goals , he’s a good player but needs to be rest atleast to gain is form back”
“Misses a penalty to give us the lead and not as good for now I think mentally he needs to rest to find his form don’t make him exhausted so much he needs to find back his form so I guess he needs to be bench” Mikel added .
