Victor Osimhen wants to come to Stamford Bridge, but he’s reportedly waiting for Chelsea to make an official offer, according to some recent media reports.

It has recently been claimed that PSG are actually winning the race for the big Nigerian star – that a move to the French League is something that he is keen on and he would be getting a massive wage to make that switch.
