Eden Hazard has admitted that he has been impressed by what he has seen from Gonzalo Higuain so far at Chelsea FC.
The Argentina striker has been settling in well to life at Stamford Bridge since his loan move to the west London club from Juventus last month.

Higuain scored two goals in Chelsea FC’s 5-0 thrashing of Huddersfield Town in the Premier League on Saturday as the Blues bounced back from their heavy defeat by Bournemouth last week.

The 31-year-old has been brought in by Maurizio Sarri to help try and fire Chelsea FC into the top four and through to the latter stages of the Europa League.

And Chelsea FC star Hazard has admitted that he has been pleased by what he has seen from Higuain in the short time he has been at Stamford Bridge.

Speaking in an interview with Chelsea FC’s website, Hazard said: “He’s good, we know, we saw it in the first training session that he is a fantastic striker.

“He can score from everywhere, he scored a lot of goals in Italy and Spain. He has the quality to score, and also receive the ball, be a target man, go deep.

“He is complete, and we are just happy to play with him.”

Reflecting on Saturday’s result, Hazard continued: “That was better than Wednesday for sure. When you lose a game in the week you need to bounce back.

“We did well in front of the Chelsea fans, we deserved to win. We did a fantastic game, maybe one of the best of the season, so we are happy.

“I hope we gave him [Sarri] the response he wants. Now we need to keep winning like this. Sunday we have a tough game: Manchester City away is going to be difficult, but we are good players, we are Chelsea, so we can do it.”

Chelsea FC are currently fourth in the Premier League table as they chase Champions League qualification this season.

They will return to action on Sunday when they travel to title challengers Manchester City in the top flight.
