FA makes ‘FRESH’ decision on Nicolas Jackson after slapping this Nottingham Forest player

A confrontation broke out between Chelsea and Nottingham Forest players during their 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

In what was a tense game at the Bridge, camera footage showed Nicolas Jackson, who had been substituted at the time, becoming engaged in the brawl by slapping Nottingham Forest’s Morato.

However, a VAR review conducted during the match determined that no additional action was necessary.

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson will face no punishment for allegedly slapping Morato during the 1-1 draw.

The Football Association (FA) has opted not to take retrospective action against Jackson.

Meanwhile, both Chelsea and Nottingham Forest face FA charges for failing to control their players during the “mass confrontation.”
