Frank Lampard will take his Derby side to former club Chelsea in the Carabao Cup fourth round.
The Championship side beat Manchester United on penalties in midweek and have been rewarded with a trip to west London to take on Lampard’s former club.
Tottenham will travel to West Ham for what could be an exciting London derby and holders Manchester City host Fulham in another all-Premier League tie.
