Benjamin Sesko, a £56 million transfer target for Chelsea, has received praise from Djordje Petrovic.
The striker has “everything” required to be successful at the club, according to Petrovic.
Sesko is playing at the peak of his abilities, and he finished the Bundesliga season with 13 goals or assists. As a result, his release clause was raised to €65 million (£56 million).
Arsenal and Manchester United are also interested in Benjamin Sesko, a striker for RB Leipzig. Sesko, one of the world’s most prolific attackers, scored in each of RB Leipzig’s last seven league games.
Following his efforts this season, Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic has praised the 24-year-old striker and expressed confidence in Sesko’s ability to succeed in the Premier League.
Asked about Sesko, who he may face off in the Euro 2024 group stages, Serbia international Petrovic told Nogomania: “I know [about the rumours] and have been following him.
“He’s having a good half-season, he’s in great scoring form.
“I read that he’s scored in his last seven matches in a row. He seems to have gained strong momentum for the Euros.
“He’s a forward who has everything a modern player needs. He’s tall, strong, fast and intelligent.
“I’ve watched some of his matches. Of course he can play in the Premier League. Absolutely!
“He has great potential and he’s been successfully proving it in recent months.”
