“He wants to play his last football career at Chelsea” “Don’t sign him” – Chelsea warned against signing £350,000K-a-week free agent

Chelsea has been advised against pursuing Mohamed Salah if he becomes a free agent at the end of the season.

The 32-year-old attacker is nearing the final six months of his contract with Liverpool and could depart the club for free when the season ends.

As reported by The Athletic, Liverpool has recently offered Salah a new contract but rejected, who originally joined the Premier League with Chelsea in 2014. This comes amid ongoing rumors after Salah suggested uncertainty about his future at Anfield, mentioning he sometimes feels “more out than in.”

However, former Chelsea player William Gallas has cautioned the club against signing Salah if he does not reach a new deal with Liverpool. Speaking to Prime Casino, Gallas stated,

“I believe Chelsea should steer clear of signing Mohamed Salah as a free agent this summer. His arrival could disrupt the team’s harmony. Although he’s been outstanding in the Premier League, bringing him in might upset the balance of the squad and even strengthen a rival.”

Salah, who has scored 227 goals for Liverpool since joining in 2017, had a brief and unimpressive spell at Chelsea earlier in his career, making only 19 appearances before being sold to AS Roma in 2016.
