“He will be a good signing” – €70 million would be very good signing for Chelsea after January green light given
Randal Kolo Muani, a France international and longtime Chelsea target, may be leaving Paris Saint-Germain owing to poor performances, according to Diario AS. Reporter Iomie Stanley believes he would make a fantastic addition to the Blues.
Although CHELSEA’s offensive is strong and consistently scores goals, Christopher Nkunku is unable to remain healthy for very long, and Nicolas Jackson is not talented enough to score 20 goals in a season.
Chelsea were heavily linked with a move for Muani before he made the switch to PSG – and could be more than interested again as they seek to continue to add a striker to their already quality attack.
Last season, Kolo Muani managed just six goals in 26 Ligue 1 appearances, and his struggles have continued this season, with the French striker really struggling to make any sort of impact on that side.
Having bought from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2023 for a hefty €80 million, with an additional €10 million in potential add-ons, PSG are reluctant to take a financial hit and will look for at least €70 million if they decide to sell the 24-year-old forward.
If you believe reporter on Chelsea247 – he would be a good signing for Chelsea – he said: ‘Muani has been very exciting this season guys, he has been special and it is easy to see just why all the big clubs are looking at a possible move.
‘That is alot of money for a lad that has not really done too much in the game – and the fact that CHELSEA need to sign some more established players – they dont need to add Muani to the squad.
‘Maresca will know what type of player that he needs to get the club challenging once again – but as we said – Chelsea have enough young players with bright futures in the game, butting adding this one could make a difference.
