“I don’t see them losing” “I stake high on them” – Peter Crouch makes shock prediction on Chelsea vs Arsenal reveals scoreline of the game
This Saturday, Chelsea will play their biggest match against London rivals Arsenal in their last match before the November international break.
On Sunday afternoon, Chelsea will host Arsenal in a Premier League match.
Following a successful start to life under Enzo Maresca, the Blues are currently ranked fourth in the division table. In his pregame press conference, Gunners manager Mikel Arteta even lauded Maresca’s contribution at Chelsea.
Many people are surprised that Arsenal, their rivals, is in fifth place in the league because they were expected to contend for the championship again in the preseason.
Peter Crouch confidently predicts Chelsea vs Arsenal
Peter Crouch is pretty confident with his prediction that Chelsea will beat Arsenal during Sunday’s meeting at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking on That Peter Crouch Podcast, Crouch said: “I’m confident. I fancy Chelsea to win this. It’s a big call because Arsenal, in recent history, have been a much better side than Chelsea.
“I don’t think Arsenal will fall away by any stretch, I just feel like this is the kind of game where Chelsea have nothing to lose really. I think Arsenal are a team that is challenging for the title, Chelsea aren’t quite there yet, probably overachieving from what a lot of people expected. That’s why I feel like players like Cole Palmer can get on the ball and make them tick. I feel like Chelsea win this 2-1 because i stake on them”
Alan Shearer is predicting Chelsea to draw with Arsenal this weekend, which may be a smart guess given their identical league records this season.
