I will be excited to work with Enzo Maresca at Chelsea – €53million player wants Chelsea move
Michael Olise, a standout at Crystal Palace, is reportedly considering a move to Stamford Bridge, and Chelsea thinks they will sign him.
A few weeks remain until the transfer market opens, and while the Blues are still seeking to appoint a new manager, there is still a great deal of transfer rumour around CHELSEA and potential signings.
Despite only playing 19 Premier League games because of a hamstring injury, Olise had a successful season with Crystal Palace. Under Oliver Glasner, the winger scored 10 goals and gave six assists as Palace finished 10th.
Chelsea attempted to trigger the 22-year-old’s release clause last summer but the player ultimately signed a new deal with Palace, but the Blues are expected to delve back into the transfer window for the Frenchman regardless who the new manager is.
According to respected insider Simon Phillips, Premier League star Michael Olise is leaning toward a transfer to Chelsea over Manchester United, should he leave Crystal Palace this summer.
He stated: “A second source has now added more confidence that Olise will pick Chelsea over Manchester United, following on from my top source saying that last week. We will have to see how that one unfolds in the next days/weeks.”
