Former Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia has welcomed Thomas Tuchel’s appointment.
Granovskaia posted on Instagram: “Thomas knows trophies. Congratulations TT and England. World Cup 2026 just got more exciting!”
Tuchel and Marina Granovskaia shared a good relationship during their time at Chelsea. Tuchel was expected to last long under Marina and Roman Abramovich era, but was axed following the takeover by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital.
Thomas Tuchel won the hearts of Chelsea fans in just his first season at Chelsea, as Chelsea won the Champions League.
