Jose Mourinho makes ‘SHOCK’ prediction on Manchester United Vs Chelsea clash as he reveals who will win
Jose Mourinho, the former coach of Chelsea and Manchester United, has subtly supported Chelsea to win at Old Trafford and feels his previous team is ahead of where Manchester United is in its cycle.
Jose Mourinho said ahead of the game:
“Because of their current play, I would choose Chelsea to win [against Manchester United], albeit it’s a tough call.
They are approximately twelve months ahead of schedule, in my opinion.
Mourinho continued, “But even with Manchester United’s performance, you can’t rule them out entirely, especially now that they fired Ten Hag. The players would want to show some qualities.”
After a poor start to the Premier League season, the Red Devils are currently in 14th place, and Erik ten Hag was fired by the team on Monday as a result of their terrible run of performances.
Ruben Amorim was formally appointed as United’s replacement for Ten Hag this afternoon, but the Portuguese manager will continue to lead Sporting until the next international break.
Ruud van Nistelrooy, who started his time as interim manager with an exciting Carabao Cup last-16 victory over Leicester on Wednesday night, will now lead United once more.
