One of N’Golo Kante’s former advisers, Rachid Saadna, has admitted he threatened the Chelsea midfielder with a gun in March 2017 over a commission.
This is according to French media outlet Get French Football News.
The agent also reportedly admitted he brought his brother, who he claimed may have had a gun, to the meeting with Kante.
Kante moved to Chelsea from Leicester back in July 2016 for a fee of around £32m and it appears there was an agreement between Kante and his agent after the transfer.
Kante has struggled with injuries this season but the midfielder scored his third goal of the season in Chelsea’s 2-1 defeat to Manchester City on Saturday.
