According to The Athletic, Chelsea are in contract negotiations with teenagers Faustino Anjorin and Ian Maatsen.
Their current Chelsea contracts expire in the summer of 2021.
Mason Mount, Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Billy Gilmour and Fikayo Tomori have all signed new deals recently and the club is hoping to extend the contracts of Anjorin and Maatsen.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard handed Anjorin and Maatsen their Chelsea debuts in the 7-1 victory over Grimsby Town in the EFL Cup back in September.
17 year old Maatsen is a left-back and joined the Chelsea academy from PSV in 2018. He has represented the Netherlands at the U18 level.
Anjorin is an attacking midfielder and boasts of an impressive tally of 5 goals and 4 assists in 10 Premier League 2 appearances for Chelsea’s U23 side this season.
