Chelsea are at risk of missing out on signing Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain.
Higuain has been linked with Chelsea ever since Maurizio Sarri signed along the dotted line – which comes as no surprise, really.
The Argentine’s most fruitful period of his career was when working under Sarri with Napoli. Chelsea could also do with a little added firepower in attack.
Two + two = Higuain to Chelsea.
According to Standard Sport, Higuain is not only attracting interest from Chelsea, but also AC Milan.
Milan shocked the world by striking a deal with Juve for Leonardo Bonucci last summer. They appear keen to do it once again with Higuain.
Higuain is thought to be valued in the region of £57M, which is a hefty price to pay for a player the wrong side of 30.
He is undeniably one of the best marksmen on the planet, though. Wherever he ends up, they’ll be lucky to have him.
