Sarri still on pressure after the cherries defeat.
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has said that Eden Hazard needs to improve on the tactical side of the game in order to become more influential on the playing field.
The Belgian has been the Blues’ leading performer with 10 goals and 10 assists in the Premier League but of late, his showing has been far from impressive which has contributed to the club’s struggles.
Speaking ahead of the Huddersfield game, Sarri has indicated that Hazard has all the qualities in the technical point of view but he wants the attacker to improve tactically to suit the club’s style of play.
“He needs to improve, of course. That’s normal. He’s fantastic from the technical point of view, and I think he can do more tactically,” he said via Goal.com.
Chelsea have drawn blank in each of the previous two league games where they have suffered defeats to Arsenal and Bournemouth respectively.
However, the latter of those was of some embarrassment after a 4-0 loss which registered their worst defeat in 23 years.
