When footballers are farmed out on loan a handful of times, it is no surprise when they decide to leave their parent club.
That does not seem to be the case for Michy Batshuayi, though, as he still has the desire to become a success at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgium international spent the majority of his first season at Chelsea on the bench, starting just one Premier League match throughout the entire 2016-17 campaign.
The following season under Antonio Conte was only marginally better as he started three top-flight fixtures but was later sent to Borussia Dortmund on loan for the second half of the campaign.
Maurizio Sarri is now at the helm of Chelsea, but he too has opted against using Batshuayi, who is spending the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Valencia.
While speaking to The Times, the 25-year-old – valued at £36m by Transfermarkt – made it clear that he wants to return to Chelsea and has no intention of looking elsewhere.
This news has been warmly welcomed by plenty of Chelsea fans, some of whom have been less than impressed by the performances of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud this season.

He shouldn't be at Valencia full stop he should be starting games for us so much better than Morata!
