Fans of Chelsea are overjoyed that Pedro Neto has joined from Wolves.
Pedro Neto, a Portuguese winger, and Chelsea just finalized a £54 million contract. Neto will play for the Blues for seven years, until 2031.
Ian Wright, a great of Arsenal, thinks he would be an excellent addition to Chelsea.
