Quit Chelsea and join me immediately – Tuchel sends strong message to Chelsea man
Former Chelsea boss and new Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel has confirmed he wants Chelsea coach Anthony Barry at Bayern Munich.
Speaking at his unveiling as Bayern Munich boss, Tuchel said: “My coaching team wasn’t prepared either, so a big thank you to the families for their flexibility. Arno Michels and Zsolt Löw will be there, they have been working with me for over ten years. We hope to add Anthony Barry, who is currently still under contract with Chelsea.”
Tuchel also gave his view on Bayern Munich’s squad.
Tuchel added: “Of course I know the squad and the performances, I kept watching football because it makes my day nicer when I watch football. I didn’t think about it for a time, that’s what I got into the habit of doing, you have to wait and be patient.
“Then on Tuesday night I started thinking about the squad for the first time. The opinion in England or Paris of Bayern Munich is extremely high. Nobody likes to play against Bayern Munich. The size, the strength of the club, is undisputed.”
