According to Italian news outlets Sportitalia and Corriere dello Sport, Real Madrid have started talks with former Chelsea coach Antonio Conte.
Current Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui is currently under serious pressure to deliver positive results after Los Blancos have gone four games without a win and 500 minutes without scoring.
The reports state that Real Madrid bosses have contacted Conte on Monday to find out if he is available.
However, the former Chelsea boss is still in the middle of the legal process against the Premier League side over his ‘unfair’ sacking from the club, as he was refused the €10m penalty, the Blues were ought to pay Conte for firing him to hire Maurizio Sarri in return.
Los Blancos hope to convince Conte to stop the proceedings in exchange for a job at Real Madrid.
