For the first time since the Europa League final in 2013, Chelsea fans witnessed a strange moment during the game against Burnley.
Chelsea finally recorded a comfortable home Premier League victory as the Blues beat Burnley 3-0 on Saturday thanks to goals from Jorginho, Tammy Abraham and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard made no substitutions throughout the whole 90 minutes of the game against Burnley on Saturday.
It seems Lampard never intended to make substitutions during the game as the substitutes didn’t even seem to be called upon to warm up.
No substitutions during a game is definitely a strange thing to see these days.
