5th placed Sheffield United beat Bournemouth 2-1 on Sunday to close the gap on Chelsea to just two points.

Sheffield United captain Billy Sharp has warned Chelsea that the Blades are trying to catch the Blues. Sharp said: “We’re just looking above us and trying to catch them.”

Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder added: “We want more. I’m not a comfortable manager, we’re not a comfortable team.

“We’ve enjoyed our first year back in the Premier League.

“There are big games coming up and we want more days like this.

“It has to be that way. The players know that, they are saying the same things.

“I don’t think they are saying it for me to hear, they want more out of their season and I’m right behind that.”
