The 6 players guaranteed a place in the Chelsea team next season after summer window

Chelsea are likely to be busy during the summer transfer window.

The Blues were restricted by a FIFA imposed transfer embargo during the last summer transfer window, meaning they could not make any new signings.

That embargo was lifted in time for the January transfer window, but Chelsea had something of a self-imposed ban, deciding against bringing any new players in, despite being linked with plenty of strikers.

And Frank Lampard has already made his first move in the summer transfer market by agreeing a deal for Moroccan international Hakim Zyech. The playmaker will join up with his new teammates on July 1 after completing a £36million move from Ajax.

Chelsea are expected to do more business when the summer transfer window opens, but what does that mean for the current crop of players at Stamford Bridge?

Here we take a look at the six players who are guaranteed their place in Frank Lampard’s team once the transfer window shuts at the end of August.
