“Very hard to stop”- Real Madrid midfielder Kroos fears Chelsea player
Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos will be worried about facing Chelsea star Kai Havertz at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
This is because Kroos waxed lyrical about Havertz’s development last year, insisting the Chelsea player will be hard to stop.
After his brace in the 2-0 victory over Fulham on Saturday, Kroos will definitely not want Havertz to start against Real Madrid.
“If he continues like this, he’ll be hard to stop,” Kroos told Bild am Sonntag, via Sport Bild, last September.
“But there are no guarantees and there are always stumbling blocks in a career.
“Kai is now facing the next step and a new situation. He also has to get used to it first.”
