Fenerbahce are ‘highly unlikely’ to trigger a buy-out option for Victor Moses, Goal understands.
The Nigerian wing-back left for Turkey in January this year, having agreed to join Fener for an 18-month loan.
The move was largely considered a success, as Moses helped the Turkish giants steady the ship and scored 4 goals in 14 games in the last campaign.
However, Fenerbahce do not have enough funds to allow themselves a permanent move for the Nigerian who is earning £75,000 per week.
Moses has not played a lot this season due to a muscle injury he suffered in the first game against Gazisehir on 19 August.
Before being subbed off, the 28-year-old converted a penalty and registered an assist.
