Estevao Willian’s transfer from Palmeiras has thrilled Chelsea supporters, and it appears that they have every right to be happy.
Estevao’s amazing solo goal during Palmeiras’ 2-2 draw with Gremio last week shocked a lot of people on social media.
On Sunday, he made a spectacular comeback goal against Bahia.
Estevao came free on the break with incredible speed from the right, ducked past a player, and fired the ball into the net just as it appeared like both teams would tie the score at zero goals at the half.
On the touchline, Bahia manager Rogerio Ceni appeared disheartened by his goal, shrugging his shoulders and muttering: ‘You can’t f***ing mark this guy’, according to Selecao Talk on X.
Estevao Willian has now scored 11 goals this season for Palmeiras across all competitions, including two sensational strikes in his last two Serie A matches.
