Eden Hazard stole the show as Chelsea beat Cardiff City 4-1 to maintain our 100% start to the season.

After Sol Bamba put the visitors ahead, Hazard drew Chelsea level in the 37th minute after being set free by Olivier Giroud. Hazard made it 2-1 for Chelsea seven minutes later with Giroud also the provider.

Hazard completed his hat-trick from the spot with ten minutes remaining after William was brought down in the box.

Hazard was then withdrawn to a standing ovation as he left the pitch with Chelsea legend and assistant coach Gianfranco Zola seen bowing in appreciation of the 27-year-old’s masterful display.
