Chelsea get blasted after Brazilian player completes January transfer move

Lucas Piazon has blasted Chelsea for loaning out him SEVEN times in nine years after he finally left the club earlier this transfer window.

The forward is somewhat of a forgotten man at Stamford Bridge with his only Premier League outing come in the memorable 8-0 win over Aston Villa back in December 2012, but is his time at the club is now over

He has now agreed a move away from the club on a permanent basis and has joined Portuguese side FC Braga on a long-term contract, a deal that finally sees him depart the club after many seasons of loans and transfer speculation.

And after sealing his move away from the Bridge, Piazon has hit out at the club for loaning him out seven times, Piazon told Oh My Goal: “We [the loanees] would come back and go to pre-season with the new coach, and new players were coming in from the summer.

“They were always like, ‘if you do well the coach might keep you’. But deep down inside we knew we didn’t have a chance because they were paying big money for the players and the club would definitely use them.

“In the beginning I felt Chelsea really wanted me and really wanted me to do well and come back.

“But after the third or fourth loan, I knew it was just maybe business.

“The pressure on you to perform is huge because you are from Chelsea.”

The lad was very talented and it is a shame that he never shone at the club, but he could have left sooner couldnt he?
