Chelsea morning headlines as three Chelsea first-team players set to leave club before deadline

According to reports, Chelsea are keen on offloading some players after a busy summer that saw the Blues spend more than £200million on new signings.

On Wednesday, Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley sealed a season-long loan to Aston Villa and with a week of the transfer window left, three more Chelsea players are expected to leave the club.

Marcos Alonso has now dropped to third-choice left-back after he was hooked at halftime against West Brom last week.

According to Daily Star, the left-back is expected to join Barkley and leave the club before the end of the transfer window.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is another who could leave this week.

Having recovered from a longterm injury, Loftus-Cheek is set to leave Chelsea in search of regular game time.

The third name who could also leave is Antonio Rudiger, who is yet to feature for Chelsea this season.
