According to French outlet RMC Sport, Chelsea are on the verge of signing 17-year-old PSG midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil.
The Blues have sent Claude Makelele to Paris to negotiate a deal with the French club for the 17 year old and Makelele was present at the Parc des Princes last Sunday as PSG drew 3-3 with AS Monaco.
Ruiz-Atil joined Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona in 2015 but is keen on leaving Paris for Chelsea after failing to breakthrough at the highest youth level in the squad.
PSG officials are reportedly unhappy about how Chelsea have conducted negotiations thus far.
PSG are reportedly irritated by the constant communication between Chelsea and the 17 year old central midfielder and a total lack of communication between both clubs.
