‘Pay the£30m’,’So underrated’- Several Chelsea fans send club desperate transfer plea

Lots of Chelsea fans are starting to get desperate as they demand their club to sign AC Milan striker Krzysztof Piatek before the transfer window closes.

The Blues are yet to add to their squad this month, despite successfully appealing their transfer ban, and that seems to have frustrated some supporters.

It is not too late to do some business, though, with Piatek being a possible last-minute buy.

According to The Independent, his services have been offered to the west London club. And while the 24-year-old is not having the best of seasons in Serie A this term, scoring just the four goals, he still looks like he could offer decent competition to Tammy Abraham.

With 0.3 offsides per game, he is not getting caught offside as often as Abraham (0.9). He has also been winning 2.1 aerial duels per game, which is not as much as Abraham’s average of 3.3. However, it is vastly superior to Michy Batshuayi’s 0.3 (via WhoScored), meaning Piatek could be an upgrade on the Belgian aerially.

@RajivPokharel also said:” (Loan with an option to buy is absolutely correct way. I mean, he is good. We all know that. But, let’s see if he can manage in EPL or not. If he performs well, then, buying him in the summer ain’t a bad decision.)”
