£69m-rated Euro 2020 star wants Chelsea move after rejecting Tottenham Hotspur

According to Spanish media outlet Sport, Sevilla defender Jules Kounde is open to joining Chelsea after rejecting the chance to join Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Kounde rejected the chance to join Spurs as he felt that without Champions League football, the club would be a lateral move at best.

Kounde believes he should be joining a club like Chelsea this summer and is open to a move to Stamford Bridge.

Sevilla recently rejected a £47million from Manchester City for the defender, with the Spanish side insisting he will not be leaving for anything less than £69m.

Kounde was a part of the France team that were eliminated at Euro 2020 in the last 16 by Switzerland.
