Juventus stars Daniele Rugani and Blaise Matuidi have both been diagnosed with the coronavirus, and now former Blues target Paulo Dybala is the latest Juve player that has tested positive to Covid-19.
On Saturday, Juventus announced that Dybala and his girlfriend have tested positive as well, taking the Juve count to three, as the list of Juve players keep increasing.
The Argentine took to social media to say: “Hi everyone, I wanted to inform you that we have just received the results of the Covid-19 test and both Oriana and I have tested positive. Fortunately, we are in perfect condition. Thanks for your messages.”
Juve also released a statement : “The footballer Paulo Dybala has undergone medical tests that have revealed his positivity to COVID-19. The player, since Wednesday 11 March, has been in self- isolation, will continue to be monitored and follow the same regime. He’s fine and asymptomatic.”
Italy have been one of the most hit countries with coronavirus. Italy on Saturday reported 793 new coronavirus deaths, a one-day record that saw the country’s toll shoot up to 4,825 – 38.3 percent of the world’s total.
