The European giant, Barcelona have reportedly offered Brazilian midfielder Philippe Coutinho to Chelsea ahead of the summer transfer window.
However, Chelsea reportedly tried to sign Coutinho before he left Liverpool for Barcelona in January 2018 and it is believed the Blues are still interested in signing the Brazilian this summer.
According to Daily Star, Chelsea have told Barcelona that the club will only be interested in taking Coutinho on loan as the Blues are prioritizing other targets.
Coutinho is currently on loan at Bayern Munich.
Meanwhile, The Samba star has started 15 times in the Bundesliga and has managed nine goals and eight assists in 32 appearances in all competitions for the German giants.
